Margaret Lutkoski

New York
Company Member since 2021

Margaret was raised in the Washington, DC area. After college, she taught math for a year before joining the Peace Corps. She spent two years in Istanbul, Turkey, teaching English as a second language to 7th- and 8th-graders. Upon returning, she earned a master's degree in nursing and education and worked in public health for three years. After marrying, they were posted abroad with the State Department, where she taught in various settings—sometimes in a school, other times in their home, with students coming to her. She taught math to 7th, 8th, and 9th-grade students. When she and Bob retired, they moved to Wilmington in 2005. She discovered tap and ballet classes at the Senior Center, started attending, and has been a regular participant ever since.
